Leftfield hip hop goodness at this week’s Freestyle as master storyteller Barrowclough, one of Birmingham’s finest MCs, takes to the Bull’s Head stage. Also on the bill is Automaton, bringing a twist of electronic funk and deep dub, and The Rebel Army, one half of electronic duo Waler, who will be treating us to a new experiment in military hip hop.

DJ sets come courtesy of the eclectic mix maestro Beatroot and Freestyle resident Sam Redmore, whilst Steve Connelly keeps the downstairs bar in check.
